If you want to see how good your wfp'ing is and not leave the ground use a set of binoculars. 8x is good.

One thing I still don't get about wfp, the windows at this time of year take ages to dry.
On Monday we went and got coffee's and food, sat in the van for about 45 minutes and the windows were still wet.
When we drove past 2 hours later, they were yet again still wet.
Doesn't that mean that more airbourne dirt will stick to them or am I missing a point somewhere?

When we first got wfp I suggested binoculars but the other two looked at me as if I was nuts.
