Now, I'm going to risk the wrath of everyone on this forum for saying this but......what the hell........................

Sometimes when I get a problem like this I (personally - never get a cleaner to do it) do things that are against all the rules of H & S and common sense.

What's more, I can hear myself telling others not to do it..................

But if it were me I would try some neat bleach...................

Ouch...there, I said it  >:( >:( >:(

CMS

Rebels never die. Their reefers and flower shirts are neatly stowed in attics all over surburbia, small towns and villages the length and breadth of the Kingdom, ever ready to spring into rebellious action.

Tut Tut CMS.......But fair play to you for doing it yourself and not letting one of your herbert cleaners to do it, i would have done the same. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do....to get the results for the client.....

dont think bleach will touch the stain or the terrazo for that matter. the stain is proberly in the stone now, it will, I think need grinding out
