Want your windows done lads? ;D
Ok moving on, do you think its a good or bad idea to go out canvassing in the dark, during winter?

I was thinking of doing some of a weekend as people are in and not as stressed in general. Think I'll leave the evening canvassing for the light nights next year. Don't know what system is better, doing the job as you get it and then carry on knocking or going back to do every job you've picked up the next day.

I try to do any new jobs I've canvassed within two days, so I canvass in the areas I'll be working over the following couple of days - if that makes sense?

dave is right
knock and do day after, if you leave them a few days they forget you are ocming

I've got the idea. Canvass Sunday where I work Monday. Canvass on Monday where I'm working Tuesday. I've written down a list of 20 areas in a 10 mile radius to me. So I have one area everyday for four weeks, then I'll canvass these areas the day before. I was thinking of doing them on a four weekly cycle. I know some areas should be okay to find 2 days work and others I might not get a days work for a while but I want to be able to get somewhere park the car up and leave it there as long as possible.

I have built a round through canvasing & the best time by far is Sunday ealy evening as long as its light! Mondays are also great, most are home and its a good day to collect.
If its dark dont risk it as people will think your desprate I know ;D
