I was asked today if i was to employ a woman would i expect her to go up ladders , as i dont use ladders i couldnt really give a answer .
so for would you expect a woman to do ladder work .

I would expect her to do whatever I expected my male operatives to do. I wouldn't be offering special treatment.

why not, my dad used to employ a couple of women on ladders a few years ago,
