Title: New business startup..... HELP!

The story so far....

Had my own business in retail for 15 yrs then worked for a glazing company for 18 months then realsed I cant work for someone and have to go back to being my own boss.
 
Decided a few months ago to enter into the cleaning industry, and joined a contract cleaning company to see it from the dirty end so to speak!
 
But now need to start up...... but how?
 
I found the 'point 2 point cleaning agency' business start up manual very good...... but its aimed at domestic cleaning mainly, would prefer to go into office cleaning.
Am I being to ambitious...... its easy enough to price up for domestic..... but how do I quote for an office?
Should I start with something like just doing carpet and upholstery cleaning?

Hi!  Not that I am much use to you as I run a dom cleaning agency, but I would be interewsted in what point to point is all about if you are happy to give out the info!
