I need a 400 ltr tank or there abouts to fit in a escort van?
Where is the cheepest  place to by one. ???

A 400l tank is way to large for an escort van!
You need to go for a 250l one

Try car valeters.co.uk they are selling valeting tanks on the net, they also sell on e-bay type in (valeting) prices are the cheapest I have seen and they sell smaller than 400lt which an escort will be able to carry.
