The HSE web site has loads of free downloadable leaflets concerning Health and Safety.

Look through the menu's at Publications>Free leaflets.

Another good leaflet is one about Risk Assessments, here.

I strongly advise anyone starting in the cleaning industry to go through the HSE website with a fine toothcomb. There is so much good info to be found there.

Yeah, I can back you up on that one, I have been on there as well.

Very Good site, and if used wisely could save you quite a bit of money.
