Hi Hatem

you keep saying (not irritant to the eyes) have you a problem with your eyes is that the issue, the safest pre spray ive ever used is a chemical called one step just an ionised water of some kind, had to use it as the carpet was on the side of a childs swimming pool, and had to be carefull what chemicals were going neer the pool, done a good job but wouldent guess what it would be like all the time

Hi Both

Firstly just to set the record straight one step is not ionised water, it is a detergent free phosphate based chemical tha uses micro splitting technology, as does Solution.

Hatem it could indeed be that during the initial treatment of the caqrpet you are disturbing the particulate matter into the air and this is causing the irritation problem, there is a new chemical system that eliminates  the air allergens form carpet and textiles, it is available from ourselves. I would be happy to explain, give me a call when you have time

Best regards Nick
