well this has been working since i had it 6mths ago now i found there is a problem which i cant fathom out. replaced the controller 2 wks ago and the switch. the battery is fine dont know about the pump. it just cuts out now it wont start up. been using a trigger this week will this be the cause.

air lock or caused a shut off due to the pressure.
found them fine with an aqua dapter

thanks for the reply. It's definitely not an air lock so think it would be a shut down due to pressure. How would we fix? I did wonder if it'd had blown the controller so was just going to replace that.
Any ideas welcome

been using a trigger last week so that was probably overloaded the unit. the connecters in there i had to tape up with insulation tape to seal the tank from the workings.cheers mates for the help. :)

Mine does that if water is left inside it, so I turn mine upside down for 20 mins and then it works again, it don't happen when water has been left in over night, but if you do empty it out it should be fine, I've taken mine apart, and if water is left in it tends to leak a small amount into the batt compartment, I used pumber tape on all joints and the pump still does that, unless like I say you compleatly empty it out after each use, also the batt does tend to love being charged I think it self drains so keep it topped up with charge, well that seems to work for mine. Apart from that a brill lill machine for the price, I mounted mine on a small trolly.

I bought a new wcw backpack to replsce my 3yr old one which had a flow rate which was very low, there was no controller on the old ones.
Broke the switch on my flow controller the other week and bought a new flow controller from wcw for £14.95.
Fitted it and great all up and running again. . . .for four houses before the black hose coming out of the body split in two.
I have now fixed that and its brilliant to have a decent flow rate again.
My old backpack has a pathetic flow rate, cant really rinse with it, and I'm wondering why.
I would like to get it working ok to hold as a spare.
Someone once told me to kink the pole hose when moving from window to window to save water and i'm wondering if this has done the pump in?
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks.
