Title: where do i start?
Post by: lisa123 on November 10, 2005, 08:38:56 pm
Hi hope everyone is busy busy,
I'm moving to chester in the new year, and really don't know where to start finding contracts.
I have a guy to see next time i'm in chester who owns student accomm, 36 props in total, some 8 beds.
I could really do with some regular daily offices, or communal areas to get my foot in the door.
There is just so much choice I don't know where to start.
I have enquired about putting an ad in the chester evening leader, and the chester weekend chronicle, just waiting to hear prices.
any one got any advice on getting this type of work, i really don't know who i should be contacting for communal... :-\

Actually, it's not a problem as I haven't seriously hit Chester yet.

Why not do a mail shot or get stuck into this lot.

Yes, I tend to do more work in Telford than anywhere else.

Chester is actually hard work. Much more to be had on the Wirral which isn't far away.

Good luck.

Try contacting these Estate Agents too with a view to doing their end of tenancy cleans.

:o :o just had a brainwave, I could ask if agents wanted their offices cleaned regularly aswell as offer my end of tenancy service (without carpet cleaning).
price depending on duration/size of offices etc    ;D, plus advertise the regular cleaning with the current tenants.
Right, just need to get hold of the right wording for the letter
I can see a busy weekend coming along
