Title: Are Cleanstore ok?

I've ordered a few things from Cleanstore and am having trouble getting them. Been a month now. Sent email which said the order would arrive with me a week ago but still nothing. Tried phoning but theres no answer. Am I just unlucky or is this the norm for them?

I ordered something from them recently and it was fine. They sent me the wrong vac bags though and when I phoned them about it they said they would send the right ones out and I could keep the wrong ones. The new bags are on back order though but they did email me to let me know. On the whole I would say they are genuine and i will use them again.

Maybe their emails are in your junk folder, I would keep ringing them Its probably a misunderstanding. Hope it works out well.

why have you changed from your usual supplier ? for cheapness i am guessing ,and with a 4 week delivery time i dont think thats impressive , most suppliers are next day delivery, so why change in the first place?

just got me wondering !!

Use these guys alot and sometimes have problems with out of stock products. I stick with them because the prices are pretty good.

Cleanstore is the internet arm of JMS Janitorial Supplies in Horley Surrey. We run a cleaning & carpet c;leaning  business nearby & always use them They are good pricewise but do run out of stock sometimes.

Used them a fair few times over the years and also janistore.

One problems once with wrong items received but rectified ASAP.

Their comm's aren't always the best but overall I can't fault them.

lack of communication from their side. They were not responding to my email and it happaned few timee. I had keep track of my order and call them to remind them that i still have some items missing. they cheap and have a lot to offer but if i dont have to i try to use some1 else
