Hi all,
I've been carpet cleaning for the past 6 months now and going ok (Much better now I bought Russ Chadds old machine - Thanks Russ !)
Anyway I also hold down a job in IT and recently qualified to act as a google ad agency.
So i'm looking to bring my IT skills to my fellow carpet cleaners.
I have a bunch of £50 google ad vouchers to give away and happy to give the code and instuctions to anyone interested. (First come basis). Only ask for a link to my website to posted on your website (Happy to return the favour !) Or for those who are intersted I could set up a google ad account and campaign for you and put the £50.00 in for you - for this i'd charge say £25.
Plus while i'm on the self promotion thing - I do websites (Unlimited pages) for a set fee of £250. I can also source and set up web hosting for you at £65.00 per year. (Again would include the £50.00 voucher)
Just to say it's not a scam or any form of marketing etc. Just a fellow carpet cleaner trying to earn a bit extra. (I know Russ is a regualr on here and have met im in person - so sure he can voucher for my character etc).

But these vouchers can only apply to new adword accounts, you can't use them against a current or previous account.

That is true. (Has to an less than 14 days old).
However as you may know takes minutes to set up a new account and campaign (No deposit needed with these vouchers) then when £50 is gone no obligation etc to carry on using.
Russ - Of Course consider one of the vouchers yours - I'll email you the html code for the web link as well.

Wynne if you want to use the forum to sell your services then contact the admin to sort out a commercial account.
there are lots of carpet cleaners who have been here for years and have 1000s of post who also design websites they are not allowed to advertise for profit so neither should you.
asking Russ to vouch for you is ironic ... he's only here to sell his Zeta :D :D

Understood and no offence meant by it and happy for the moderator to delete the thread. I view the forum on a daily basis and learnt loads (as a carpet cleaner) already.
Thought it was a win win for my fellow carpet cleaners but hey - no worries
By the way - maybe you want to clean that keyboard and unstick the keys...It's Wayne :D

Wayne sounds daft but I can think of 4 other members that do websites, (why is it such a popular topic for carpet cleaners? ) it keeps it fair for all...... but all you need to do give good advice when websites questions are asked and use phrases like,,,,,, " when I design websites" and the word will get about you do websites ;) ;)
