Hi
I take it as a given that you have already done some builders cleans in the past, to be offered such a large contract??

It all boils down to the cleaning specification that the client is asking for. How many cleans are involved?? Just one near the end of each build? Or a builders clean, a sparkle clean....or even 3 cleans per property?

However, if you have not done this sort of thing before, there are plenty posts on this subject on this board, if you do a search.

If you do not have the staffing levels to do this size contract......either sub contract it out, or go to a temping agency etc. The size of the job you have stated will as a rule not all be done all at the same time. It may even take you going there every week or so for a couple of days, and take you over a year or two to complete.

But do a search on the subject, and most of your questions will be answered.

All the best

Tim

hi there,

magic, please complete your profile,

where in the country are you?

email me martin.sales@btinternet.com

200 appts, in how many blocks,

how high are the blocks, check the window cleaning, detape from scaff, on externals and guttering clean from scaff.

questions, build plan useful,  how are they planning to handover, cause you can bet on it that they will take a floor at a time

ensure that enough staff to perform that to that quantity level.

be wary if an investment buyer, buys a block then they will want all finished out at the same time.

dont underprice the core units, they can be deceptive.

any questions please feel free to email.

regards

martin
