50mm of celotec or kingspan is the same as 250mm of fiberglass so a must i think ,double that up you have got the best insulation you can get

where can you buy kingspan

where can you buy kingspan
Basically celotex and kingspan are trade names for the same thing - 50 mm insulation with silvered backing - places like Jewsons, Ashmeads etc do them or loads of online stores will have a branch near you.
It comes in 8' x 4' x 50mm sheets but is so easy to saw you can go up in a car or van and saw it in half or thirds in a minute or so. That's about £20.
Or you can buy 4' x 2' ready cut. They are about £6.
I use it to insulate my static tanks as well.

I've just insulated the whole of my van in this, including roof. I'm told its the equivalent of 700mm of fibreglass roof insulation. Cost me £150 from catle point insulation in basildon, although there are other distributors around the country
