Hi guys
I have a single jet wand is this any good, please bear in mind I only have 100psi is this enough power for a twin/triple jet wand.

Cant comment on a single jet wand...never used them, and dont think I'd like to.
I personally use the 12" Extracta carpet tool with twin brass jets and can be used with either 50psi or 100psi
Never let me down yet and does a great job

cant beat a twin jet,our wand cost £250 very good ;)

my first introduction to carpet cleaning was with a single jet wand with 70psi, i didn't realise how much easier it could be until i upgraded to a steempro 2000.
My advice, sell the wand and invest in a twin jet, it will work just fine with 100psi.

The problem i've got is that i've just hired this machine and the connection at the wand end is female where as the connection on the twin jet wand i'm used to is male so I can't swap them over, also i've just had a play and the jet really throughs it out i've used five buckets on my living room i'ts only 16x12

Hi Ian bit concerend about the amount of water your using you would find even with a twin jet wand you wouldent use as much water, but single jet wands do have larger jets, but myself dont like them although you get good air flow with s/j as with t/j some S/J wands dont seem to get the carpet as dry only talking from experance with a hyda hoe but some people love em, as for your fittings swap them over or go to any hydrolic suppliers will sell you some new fittings for a couple of quid if there brass fittings like the male b72n4 should just swap straight over just a bit ptfe tape and away you go twin jet lovely ;D
