Title: vinyl tile sealer

Hello everyone,

Im doing a handover clean after shopfitters next week and  the kitchen area has new vinyl tiles which i have to seal, can anyone give me the name of some products i could use. also  i have a kitchen area and small toilet area to do , can anyone point me in the direction of some good quality cleaners obviously the stuff is all new and shouldnt be to dirty, But advice on what i should have in my kit would be greatly appreciated this is my first of these type of cleans

rotary scrubber with red or blue pads
wet vac
clean mops to rinse and apply finish - make sure you wash em first to get the lint out
floor finish - various makes and gloss levels.
My preference is Chemspec Tight Shine as it is urethane fortified and VERY fast drying but there are hundreds out there.

oh... use a neutral cleaner to prep the floor and rinse mop with fresh water.

thanks CS, the tiles are brand new and just need mopped and sealed ,thanks for the sealer name i will check it out

Vinyl isn't porous. It doesn't need sealer. You would only use acrylic finish on this.

Now I see so its actual just a finish as opposed to a sealer as such,because obviously nothing will permiate the vynl thanks
