i decided to buy a new vikan brush head from cleantech and this is the story
day 1,
ring up and order
day 2,
brush arrives am (on fitting the brush i notice that 1 of the jets is not working aswell as it should, so i get on the phone, their response was "sorry about that we will send out a new jet to you asap"
day 3,
new jet arrives am, i fit it and it works really well
in this day and age it's nice to find a supplier who cares about after sales service so well done cleantech
