Title: window clean/cladding quote needed

It's been a while since I quoted for cleaning a commercial property so im looking for some help in providing an uptodate 2011/12 quote for the cleaning of the external glass with the possibility of the internal too plus I have been asked to quote to clean the blue UPVC cladding? Any sensible quotes guys would be extremely helpfull! I have attached some pics of the building...

£200 + VAT Cladding

£300 for the whole lot in one go (£80 discount)

A wee update, completed the outside glass & cladding at the wknd in 3hrs, there was two of us... Did such a good job was asked to clean insides too ;D
