Title: Radio 2 and ladders

Dont know if anyone else heard it today around 13.00 but I turned onto radio 2 and the discussion was about w/c and the use of ladders regarding new laws. I only picked up the end comments but it seems that things are really being clamped down on.
Did anyone else get any comments from it.

I heard it,l but it didn't seem to shed a light on anything!

The so called 'expert pundit' was a director from speedy hire centres, who seemed to be a bit biased because his company are cashing in on hiring out access equipment.

Best way to find out about WAHD I think, is this forum.
