Title: Federation of Window Cleaners

Just thought I'd let you all know about some excellent customer service.
Went into their shop on thursday needing some mini scraper blades.  I asked if they had them in that little plastic box where you can store them and then put dead ones in as well.  They were dead sorry and i was pretty annoyed and i had to buy some blades on their own.
Anyway, on saturday morning I get a package from them, and they'd gone and ordered a load of these blades in boxes and sent me a box free of charge cos they were sorry they couldn't help me on thursday.
I just thought that was excellent, and it wasn't the only experience of this sort that i've had in the last year as a member

its more like 100, and i was just explaining a nice bit of icing on the cake.  maybe i wont bother next time
