Good Afternoon All

I am currently undetaking a rescue exercise on a Local Authority Direct Service Business in London.
As part of the restructure am proposing the creation of a new post to head the organisation / run the business in a competitive envronment.
Buisness c50 people - turnover c£1.5 m
Q How much will I have to pay to get someone worthwhile?
Would be LA employee / pension scheme etc
