although the prices that some on here purport to get then they can afford to do just that.

it sound a lot but i do 1-3 together & 9-11 are optional
so really their are usually 6ish steps.
but if you itemise any process it always look over complicated, how many steps does it take to get into your van and drive away?..... which takes 30 seconds? 10-15?

i do not usually groom after using my host as i find the customers are impressed when they see the neat diagonal track marks left by the brushes in the carpet , it reassures them that their carpet has actually been cleaned.
and they look nice ;D

You could always charge moe for each step
But By doing more thats how you justify £200 a room :o :o

And it should be included again at around 6 and then at 13 :)

Shouldn't it read pre spray and agitation.
Why pre spot before extraction?
