Title: commercial/industrial frequency etc...
Post by: GB Window Cleaning on October 09, 2011, 11:15:27 am: so i know ive been on about it for a while now but im still a bit stand off-ish about full blown canvassing for commercial/industial jobs

ive had a couple in the past but just shops and a cafe. know ive got a good van and a nice wfp set-up i waanna put it to some good use on some nice big jobs!

so my question(s) is...

A) what kind of frequency do you all offer when canvassing for this type of work? (for my domestic i offer 4 wkly & 8 wkly)

B) whats the best way of getting this type of work? door knocking and asking to see the manager? phone canvassing? email canvvassing (tried a little of this with no joy) or sending paper letter through the post?

C) what will this type of client ask for? risk assessment forms? health and safety policys? ( how much and where do i get these forms if needed?)

and basicaly anything else you can think of i'll need to help me break into this kind of work would be really really appreiciated!

as for paper work if they dont ask for it they dont get it from us!!!
