its prob wrong anyways m8. they cant get it rite week by week or even day by day. So they got no chance guessing a whole month in front  ;D ;D ;D life would be great if we all still got paid for getting things wrong  ;)

just don't wash the windows on the dole office before you sign on.

I know a guy that did exactly that in the eighty's, and it was the same place he signed on ;D

Never bother to believe what the weatherman (or should that be weather person?  ;D) says. I just check the Met Office website most evenings to see what they're forecasting for the next day. They update hour-by-hour all day so I find this to be the most accurate way (but then they still get it wrong!)

I'll believe it when I see it is what I say...

just take each day as it comes.if your trad only you could put screenwash in your bucket and trad pole the tops if its too dangerous for ladders.

surely things wont get that bad that you need to sign on!id rather work in the snow doing half days than scrounge off the state.

being a trad cleaner for 20 years.

had 6 weeks of last winter due to snow

and 5 weeks the year before, have never had a penny in benefits since the day i left school.

and how many other days of due to winds and rainy days throughout the rest of the year.

my wife doesnt work and i dont have people working for me.just an old fashioned window cleaner who doesnt have a round with all these high priced £15 per house prices.

was talking to a custy who her and her husband work for inland revenue , and guess wot they are bringing in 2000 inspectors to look at self employed folk. who pay little or no tax. got another mate who been called in to the working tax credit office to prove he works more than 30 hours a week.

Get SNOW Tires and a pair of Wellies and you will be fine.
This is an all year round job - be prepared!
