I've included some information about TUPE in our website for prospective Clients to see - and I'm not sure whether I should have done so.
On the one hand it would appeal to those companies who like their cleaners but are fed up with the company they work for.
The other side of the coin is that there will be companies who won't want to change because they think they will get stuck with useless cleaners.
What are your views? Should I leave it in or take it out?

hi cms, some companys dont know what it is, my bank manager asked me to put in a letter when i am ready because they are going to look for some one local this time around, tthey change companys but are stuck with the same cleaner, so i explained tupe unless the new company retrains the staff or gets them out another way your stuck with the same cleaner, the manager had never heard of it before which surprised me

Thanks for the compliment.
It still has a long way to go but I guess I'll have to get some help with the additions I want.
We propose to have an 'Employee area' where an employee can log in with a password and download paperwork i.e. change of bank details, stores requisitions etc.
We would also like a 'Client area' where a Client can log in with a password to look at their online audits, order consumables etc.
........but as I said - it's a long way off

I'm sure they would - and to be honest it's probably something that none of us understand properly.
I was just trying to get the message across to those who like their cleaners that they CAN keep them and still change contractors.
Not sure if I will keep it in to be fair.
