Title: Oak floor boards

Hi

Can anyone help? what is the best treatment for oak floor boards which are looking a bit tired? and are showing water marks when wet. We hgave a one off clean on saturday so any help would be great

As CMS, a light sand to remove old coating and light abrashion, folowed up by a finishing coating of the customers choice.
