Title: Nice to get a thank you

Got a really nice text msg today thanking us for the first clean, and how happy they were with the clean.

You do not get a lot of feedback in this job, but a little goes a long way.

I think this job is great, but the biggest downside is the lack of appreciation !

I keep every thank you note I get sent.  They normally come when a customer posts a cheque.  They are all pinned to the wall in front of my desk.  Looking at them keeps me sane.
