where does people get there prices
a round makes 1200 a month wants 14 k, these prices i am going to sell up
-
How many times your monthly takins would it take for you to sell up
-
3 or 4, depends how sick of wc i get
-
So if i wer to offer 4 now would you take it
-
yea you give me me £6 k and you can have it
-
If i wanted to carry on i wouldnt be selling mine. i just think your selling your self short as rounds go for more and i have seen people pay good money as the industry has changed. its not easy to build and your selling a business not a few custs. i would have have saved alot of money if people sold for 3 or 4 times the mknthly value. what kind of investment do you know that someone can make all there money back in 3 months if you do let me know

Your maths are a bit skee wiff !! You don;t get 'your' money back in three months of a round is sold for three times value. Ultimatley a round is worth what someone will pay, if we can refer to your round of 10k per month (or 8.5 k per month if you read the business for sale section). Asking price is 80k (as you said 8x is fair)? Assumig what you say is correct and the round is bringing in 10k a month, then 8x will indeed realise the asking price, then you will need two workers wages at [lets say 20k per annum each] plus a van and running costs. So lets see how our investment pans out after two years............
outlay for round 80k
outlay for staff 80k
van and running[proportionally @5k per annum]
10k
total outlay 170k
total income 240k (hey thats good !!)
Two years to almost get your bunce back, minus your own work. Its that good it makes you wonder why all these investment bankers arn't on to it !!!
Or you could work it your self [with a co worker] and earn £384 per week top line for two years, and run the business.

Oh, and i forgot the VAT . That makes it all worse !! Easier to just look on the job centre website i reckon. Jesus, you'll be going a while to get ya cash back !!! To be honest, if i had 80k to hand i'd buy a house and rent it out, its easier !!! And its value increases (we hope!!) ;D ;D
