I have a lrge round for sale over 10k a month how and hoe much do you think its worth. there is very good commercial work included i think 8 times is v reasonable
-
why are you selling, and where is it?
-
Personal reasons. and its based around the portsmouth area
-
£80 k, i think you would be very lucky to get that mate, try splitting it
-
Its worth more a month im just would rather say its worth less a month so i get a happy buyer
-
Sorry how much are you selling for ? is this just a round or the whole company, sounds a lot of money for a month
-
Its the whole business which i would class as a round but mahbe to some its more

When valuing work i find its important to know the quality of the work and the genuine chances of holding on to it all. To be frank a look at your past posts over the last year wouldn't inspire anyone with any clue to buy from you. You seem to be perpetually buying and selling work and vans. And come to think of it i reckon the name 'Dan', 'Danny' or any of its derivatives doesn't sound like the best name (to me, and probably a few others) to be buying work from. I hope thats no reflection on any genuine 'Dannys' with work for sale !! Anyway, given what i've said,i've taken my time to value your round like you asked and everything considered i reckon your 10k a month is worth a punt at 10k.

i concur

Our work is very good and we are set up and run very well. and my name is my name i cant change that my business isnt called dan. i employee two people full time and run a succesfull business. but we all like to move on eventually. the quality of work is very good and i would be willing to work alongside someond to prove it. and with regards to your comment on always selling i have done this as i dont want to expand and get to much work to cover so when i find my self with a little to much. i take a chunk and sell. rounds build naturally WHEN YOUR GOOD. but good employees are hard to come by as i believe domesticaly you need to be very good to keep customers and we are as we gain morecthan we loose

I always wondered what i had to do to get 'guest' underneath my name. You just delete your account, is that all?
-

You must be doing something seriously wrong then
-
there are a lot of wc with big business who aint making much profit as they go for every job going then spend a fortune on fuel and vans, or paying lads to work all day
-
When you sell a business of this size it is no longer 3 times, 4 times or whay ever times the monthly value.
A business with a turnover of 120k plus like this one will be valued on its profit for the month and may be a bit of good will thrown in.
You may get anywhere up to 10k and 20k if your lucky.
If somebody had 80k to spend it would be better for them to live off 30k of it and spend the year building up a business of there own.
Spliting the work would be the best way to maximise monies made by selling.
Hope this helps.

if the books show thats the turnover then whats the problem. its worth a lot lot more than 10k to the right person.
fair play mate
