Title: Heater
Post by: JandS on October 06, 2011, 06:18:51 pm
Last job today a mediocre rental with no
hot water so straight in tank with cold and
heater on.
Rest of tackle out and mixed more pre spray
with hot from electric shower, pre sprayed
and agitated.
Check porty and red heater light still lit so turn
thermostat down to see where it cut out at and
long to get up to speed.
Water still cold so emptied and filled with slightly
warm from shower and I must admit it still did a
good job.

Heat is often over-rated in the cleaning equation. (says he with a TM capable of 250 degrees ::))

I now have an inline sprayer and i lay my prespray down nice and hot (not steaming) i would say this is where heat is more useful on your run of the mill medium soiled domestic carpet
