Title: Pricing cladding.

Just wondered how you go about pricing per sqft etc? Is it best WFP or telescopic jetwash? It's metal rather than UPVC by the way.

Jet wash and scrub any tough patches with a degreaser. Always used either a scissor or boom. We use a Nifty 120 a lot that we tow on the van. Or hired in higher reach booms but cost and delivery eats into job price.

We price Per m2 and we use high reach poles for scrubbing, an extendable spray set-up for chemical application and extendable lances for washing!
