got a load of take aways to clean windows on usually these have roller shutters down during normal working hours . I called in 1 on monday for a drink and while there i asked if i could put a flyer on the notice board , he said yes and asked if i would do there windows but it would have to be from 6 pm onwards due to shop being closed and shutters down .
This opened my eyes as to how many takeaways open around 6pm and most have shutters , i went around these takeaways last night and out of the 23 i called in only 1 of them didnt want there windows doing .

Christ you must live in a rough part of the world, cant say there is a single shop round here with shutters on

And we live in Plymouth! take a trip down Marlborough street in Devonport they all have shutters down there, even the charity shop has got them after a burglary!

Good luck with that mate. I prefer actually getting free time, but I've always been a bit strange like that. There was some guy on here talking about working nights with a head lamp etc. I can imagine the reception when dogs start barking at a window cleaner next door at 3 am ;D Some get in this game to earn lots of money, nothing wrong with that. Working all day and then working in the evening too, it's all good. ;)
Go for it lads. Just try and not make too much noise eh? :D

If I wasn't up and out at 4.30am I would consider it, and I agree there is a market for it, I did a couple of shops that wanted later on but we ended up parting ways because they never wanted to pay, so never gave it much thought after that.
