as the title says brodex take a bit of a hammering on here iv just had to drive over from ellesmere port to buy a new hose reel and pole and resin, andy who is part of sales team was great and gave me a cracking discount made me a brew and was very helpful, iv dealt with them in the past n found there poles very durable.

I got my first system of them more than 10 years ago now and have never had a bad word to say about Brodex, if the feed back from hear is true then they need to learn from customers feed back!

ive always liked thier gear .im still useing the original hi flow system and it works fine .it was the sell sell sell that annoyed me.

i was once given a verbal credit note when they messed up an order .only for that to be all forgotten when i wanted to claim it.
