Title: People running for MS this weekend in London

Hi guys if you know anyone living with MS you'll know just how important it is to raise as much as possible to help.

My mate's wife was diagnosed in 2009 and I'd like you all to have a hunt under the sofa for that spare change  ;D  Pete is joining thousands of people this weekend and slogging out a half marathon in support of his wife and all the others.

Please donate anything you can even if it's only 50p, that could very well change someone's life.

I'm also doing it, but for the NSPCC. It's my first but hopefully not the last.
