maybe buy em cheap .... loose a percentage ... stick em up in price ... turn over to door collecting ... run em for a few months and then sell em on for a higher price

like buying a car from auction that needs work ... fix it up and sell for a profit

Like junk debt buyers really. Companies pay millions for billions of pounds worth of delinqent accounts. Some companies pay only 2-3 cents to the dollar owed, its big business and its the fastest growing industry.

Same kinda thing buying up bad custies really, smaller scale.

Ther's a sign gone up in my local shop, "GUTTERS CCLEANED £10 PER HOUSE" I know some cleaners who travel 7 miles to do two £5.00 jobs.

Not desperate but worried. Lost 5 last week, 2 said they dont want the cost this winter. Others I didnt bother asking as things are poop out there and I dont want to hear it twice.
