Title: why when changing resin does flow rate change so slow

everytime we change the resin in our di vessel on our static system the flow of water drops so much from 2 litres every 1min 30secs too over 3 mins we have now pretty much buggered our day up any tips on how to fill them properly and speed up our process

i only half fill my vessel but never timed it ... stick it on at 7pm and 1000 litres by 6am

only an anorak would time it  :o :o :o ;)

after 2 or 3 days it fills fine just when we change the resin it slows down n causes a right pain doesnt produce enough water for what we need

try half filling it and see what happens

Only fill with resin up to shoulder of vessel (approx 4/5ths) THEN fill the vessel with water before you put the riser tube & head back on.  ;)

You should have loads of water - thought you ordered three Ionics hot systems and vans a couple of months back?

not had any luck yet gettin loans went the bank but they said pointless applying now n then going limited coz we would have to give money back then reapply when we are limited so we have gone limited but not pursued it yet still trading as if sole trader as no bank accounts set up etc yet

try mixing half sand and half resin . works for me  ;)
