Got a Ninja with in line heater and and water just isnt coming through as fast as it should. Just tried a brand new water pump and made no difference. I know people will say an airlock somewhere but Ive been repairing/maintaining various make machines for 15years and I've never come across an lock ever. Suppose it could be a first. What with the flow adjustment mechanism the Ninja has and along with the inline heater its like spaghetti junction with the number of solution hoses everywhere. Anyone out there got any ideas???????
Thanks

Kinked hose inside when machine closed? Need descaling?

I use Phos from my local supplier about once a month or so.

Stick half litre Phos to 10 litres of water in the tank and recirculate through your solution hoses back to the tank, leave for half hour with the pump off then with the heaters full on recirculate for about an hour then connect up tools and run through them for a few minutes. Pump out and put loads of fresh water through to flush. You can use it a couple of times before you need new.
I live in a hard water area and really notice the difference after de-scaling.
It shines up wand heads lovely as well and is brilliant on kettles. ;D

Thanks I'll give it a go.

Have you checked the flow comming from an upholstery tool or open pipe into the wast tank?
If the machine has little use it won't be scale build up.
Also when the flow control is in the open position, check the flow giong into the tank....put your finger over the elbow where it dumps water into the fill tank. Also the tank filter for blockage.
If you mean flow at the wand, have you checked the (obvious) filters for being made up with carp?
Probably something or nothing if you have changed the pump.

Do you clean your wand jets?
