Title: Money Claims Online

Im just about to start a claim against a company for an unpaid invoice to the tune of £960.

Is there any difference between https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/ and the small claims court or are they in fact the very same thing?

Same thing, I've used them several times, successfully in every instance.

i used them and they are great, just make sure you fill in the paper work right,  ie business or person,

I use these, www.thomashiggins.com they send letters out before the costs of court and as its from a proper solicitors it does usually work. Failing that they do all the court stuff for you its great.. ive not had 1 case end up in court yet  :)

Yeah its pretty damn good service, letters sent out same day at price of 2.30 odd. They sort of look as if they act for you as the customer thinks you have passed it onto your solicitors and saying if you do not pay your account within 7 days to either you or the solicitors it will go to court.. then its up to you what to do next. Its all online.
