Hi barry could be anything ,

Resin, membranes, have you been changing your pre filters and flushing your membranes regularly?

could also be water works in your area sometimes this changes the tds of your tap water higher therefor more work for your system etc hope this helps.

I would have a ro with water with tds of 80!
My membranes have shot it on my ro and its coming out at 57 and eats resin for fun!
Just ordered my new membranes as i will save in the long run when the water is coming out at less than 20 out of the ro!
thanks for the tips guys . forgot to mention i am di only . my tap water is only 80 . so does any one know how to flussh my resin

are you taking the pee barry? i never know when your being serious!!! ;D ;D ;D

if your DI only try running the tap to DI slower when dionising.check the tds of your tap water.mines normally 35-45 but last year it shot up to 110 for  about a month.shake the vessel a few times as well.

if you seem to be using more resin than normally its more than likely your tap tds has shot up mate.

best wishes

thanks for the info guys . got me thinking about an r o  now . my mates got one , think its a 40/20 . presume this gets the tds down by half .anyway if i did get one  would i put iy after the pump but before the di . or would it make more sense to put it after the di , especialy with the tds rising in my di , then the ro would bring it down , any ideas .cheers barry :)

They looked good in parts of the game last night but I wouldn't like to call it.
I wouldn't be backing Warrington at odds on, either.

if your tds is around 80out of your tap you will not need di after your ro

should be around 000  which will save you money on resin
