Is there anything worse than being talked about when it comes to window cleaning?

Nope - get people telling me that they were talking about me the other day .... then i get a number or the person they were talking to ring me ;D

I really hate it when my customers talk about me.  I just tell 'em, "Don't tell me what you're saying about me, 'cos I'll just get even more big-headed!"
