Hi, if buying a round what should you do before parting with any money ???
-
see the rounds, idealy work the round with the old window cleaner at aleast once
-
Dont think will be able to work it whith him first!!But I think I need to speak to customers first iam not sure , :-[
-
would,nt want to use that beast all day!!!!.
-
don;t part with any money to a guy called barry from broxbourne area as i hear he has sold the same round 3 times.
-
When I sold my round I met the bloke on the round and introduced him to each customer or if they were out I left a note explaining the changeover with both sets of contact details. Then he paid. Obviously I gave a list with details.
I think that's what I would expect as a minimum if buying work.
Dont part with loads of cash upfront there are scammers out there I know a guy who bought work and the streets didn't even exist, let alone the work

Thanks for advice , I know the area well so am going to visit some customers at random with him 8)

Make sure he informs every customer that you are taking over, in writing. It's not like a shop where you can just announce under new management and passing trade goes with it. This is just based on goodwill.
