Title: Pricing South Yorkshire

Hi All,
I'm looking to bite the bullet and increase my prices but i'm not sure what the going rate is in South Yorkshire.
I inherited the prices on my round and I know they haven't been put up for a few years but i'm not sure what the going rate is for my area for a 3 bed semi.
By this i mean 2 windows upstairs front, 1 downstairs + door, 2 at side one upstairs one down.
Back, 2 upstairs, door and one downstairs.
I've asked friends what they pay and some its as little as 3.50 some more.
I have some at 4 and I know too low but i want to put them up fairly so as not to lose too many.
Can anyone help?

Where in south yorkshire , are they council or private and how often do you clean them? how long you been cleaning them

In Killamarsh done them since May, most are 3 weekly odd one 6

We clean in Rotherham and charge £5 every 4 weeks mostly ex council and council 3bed semis

I,VE SPOKE ABOUT THIS BEFORE,I,M FROM BARNSLEY AND I CHARGE £4 AND THEY GENUINELY THINK THEIR PAYING THE EARTH,I SUPPOSE IF YOUR WFP YOU COULD CHARGE A LITTLE EXTRA DUE TO CLEANING THE FRAMES EVERYTIME.THERE IS A LAD ON HERE WHO WORKS IN SHAFTON (BARNSLEY) AND DOES VERY WELL UPWARDS OF £200 A DAY IF I REMEMBER RIGHT ,I SUPPOSE ITS AN AREA THING,MAYBE WE SHOULD BOTH PUT EM UP AND STICK TO OUR GUNS,IF THEY DON,T LIKE IT TELL EM TO GET SOMEONE ELSE,THEY WON,T GET ANYONE AS CHEAP AS US FOOLS MATE....

Thanks think i'll put them up a quid, think I know who you mean from Shafton, spoke to him on here before, i grew up there as it happens

i used charge £4 for a 3 bedroom house 23 years ago
