Does it really make a difference is the finish better too? is it worth it if so which you would you recommend best value wise not just the cheapest.

Last winter i fitted Morco Boiler D61B cost about £300 all in. For £300 it is worth it because know matter how hot the water comes out the Boiler by the time it gets to the end over the hose it is luke warm on cold days. it does a better job but the gas is quite expensive so only use it when needed.
