hi there
just unwrapped my new rotovac360i ,,need a new plug or it so havent even started it yet,,,the yanks swear by them and say it makes life so much easier,,twenty years wanding ,,,just like to know have anyone this side of the water used one and what you think,,,interested to hear if they can be used on wool with out the dreaded pull back,,

Mine sits in the lock up most of the time. Pain to use on domestics unless house is empty. A lot easier to wand imo. Been doing a large hotel (function rooms, meeting rooms) which has been great and time saving. No good on low profile polys though. The hard floor brush is good as well.

I swear by mine too, use it most of the time. Makes life a lot easier.

have you used the carpet brush on low pile polys,,,,so you dont rated them then,,,can see your point on house full of furniture ,say its awkward,,but on trashed are they good

No not used carpet brush head as i lm clean on low profiles. Only ever used it once on a trashed domestic carpet and it did come up well, but had cleaned it before with a wand and come up just as good.

My biggest gripe which stops me from using it more is that it flicks water droplets which then need to be dry stroked.
Anyone else solve this. Tried less pressure 100-200psi just the same and going slower no different.

If I bought one I would expect a plug
Is the DXH model ie the second design easier on domestic. When They first came out I thought you could get a hard floor head which would do for small kitchens etc but they do not appear to be mentioned now

shipping was expensive,probably could have got it for same price in the uk but i wanted a turbo hybrid and mini turbo and couldnt find anyone in the uk selling them,,,
what i ordered was 360i with the carpet head plus the carpet brush head
turbo hybird and mini turbo tile tools
stair tool
total cost including duty this end was 4,425.00 dollars

yes ian you can get a tile head for it but what ive heard its not great,,,again only what ive heard from reviews,,

i have a dhx, have had pulls on a wool rug before but blamed it on the cat!! I would not be without my rotovac, best bit of kit i have next to ny numatic rotary!!

Yes I use it on wool but at a reduced speed, about half speed or slightly less.

thanks,,,,do you like it,,havent tried it yet,,seems you either like it are hate it,,paid a few quid for it so i hope i love the feckin thing
