Post by: LHill on September 21, 2011, 04:32:49 pm
I read somewhere else and I'll try to find it and post the link, that they prefer to use a chemical dosing system rather than Pure Hot Water..

They do say somewhere that they're jumping on the bandwagon so built there own hot water system, and they also say it's only corrosive materials that shouldn't be cleaned with pure hot water..

They said they would not make a heating system until more was known about the benefits of hot water on glass. But at the cleaning show in feb this year they had there hot system on show.

Wood ,glass and P V C all not corrosive. Aluminium could be a small problem if anodising is worm off but then its will be a problem anyway as the serfice is exposed already.

just very pricey.

They always have been thoroughly excessive in their pricing.

They quoted me £500 to fit a split charge relay about 2 years ago.
