Title: Feel left out !

I have been looking at rounds for sale on the various sites, and felt I am missing a trick . . . . all the extra jobs like conservatory cleans, gutter cleans, and gardening . . . . . I  clean windows and I get maybe 2 jobs a year for extras !

What you waiting for , if your custy has a con roof that is dirty , just drop into the conversation , i can do that for you for ...£..... ,
When you drive down any road and you see a manky roof drop a printed card in saying the same , doesnt even have to be your custy , but soon could be ...............get my drift ?

You need to make it known what you do to your customers. Like Rich said ... drop it in to conversation...

by the way, if you ever want the (conservatory / fascias / gutters) cleaned then let me know and i'll price it up for you.

Usually they then ask how much

i get a steady trickle of these jobs all year round without looking for them.once ive cleaned them once then they want me to clean them next year as well!!

print the extras on your windows cleaned today tickets/business cards/van and you should get a steady trickle coming through.talk to your customers as well if you really want more work.

I enjoy the extras like connys & fascias .... breaks up the routine of windows, windows, windows
