Title: fogwash setup

just installed my new fogwash. All is working fine apart from my controller not cutting the pump out when i stop the flow. everything works fine when i bypass the heater so im guessing air locks. is their a way of stopping air locks or getting rid of them.

The heat softens the pipes so there's less resistance - you'll need to back the pressure off. what reel hose are you using?
