IPA - waste of time.

waste of time for it to be effective you have to dilute 1:10 so £250 per 1000 litres

Quite right! Mind you with the stuff expounded on this forum (pure water eating clothes and reducing new vans to a heap of rust within six months) I think some think Homoeopathy principles apply to IPA!

I think in mega diluted quantities, say a small cup to 200L, it won't be any good to stop things freezing. However, I does seem to give a bit of froth which gives the impression that it is helping clean the windows. Maybe it is just that, an impression, and it is in the mind.
