Title: Whos got the Natwest contract ?

My local natwest windows havent been cleaned for nearly a year now.

Went in today and there absolutley disgusting

Who has the contract for Natwest ? anyone know ?

Don't know but the one in the town where I am is a minger aswell.
Even the glass screens inside the bank where the cashiers sit look like someone has just wiped them over with a dirty dish cloth.
Whatever happened to the idea of corporate image  ???
