Hi
I'm slowly getting my business re-established, no customers yet but very early days, sorting out my marketing, business plan, getting advertising on the go and cleaning kits up and ready, insurance and CRB check sorted.
Do you think it is a good idea to contact previous domestic and office customers to ask for a reference/testimonial/recommendation?
I suppose it would also serve as a letter to inform them that i am re-opening for business, but a lot are in locations where i am not starting up to do, i wouldn't want to disappoint by saying hello we are here but not for you at the moment especially when asking for reference.
Any ideas on how i could word the letter?
we have a new look/branding, gone back to basics - just me but will be rebuilding, few tweaks like eco products or standard products and new service - kitchen and/or bathroom only package - or part home downstairs etc. entertaining rooms only.
Thanks for your feedback x
Lisa
